To register for or use the Platform, you must satisfy the following criteria:

• You must be at least 13 years of age.
• Users Under 18 Years of Age (Minors/Children): If you are under 18 years of age, you may access and use the Platform only under the active supervision and with the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.
• The parent or legal guardian accepts full legal and financial responsibility for all activities, test attempts, communications, and transactions made through the minor’s account.
• You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Accounts using fraudulent information, disposable credentials, or impersonating other individuals will be permanently terminated without notice.

Your account grants a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and single-user license to access Deszyme educational tools.

Deszyme provides mock test simulations, practice questions in NAT (Numerical Answer Type), MSQ (Multiple Select Questions), and MCQ formats, visual aptitude exercises, solutions, syllabus roadmaps, and analytics dashboards.

Deszyme operates on a Freemium model. Foundational prep resources, the Blueprint syllabus guide, and introductory CBT practice sessions are provided free of charge. Full-length advanced mock test series, detailed diagnostic radar analytics, and specialized reviews are offered under our paid Pro Series.

• Currency & Pricing: All service fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable statutory taxes under Indian law. We reserve the right to revise future pricing at any time without affecting past purchases.
• Payment Gateways: Payments must be executed via our authorized third-party payment partners (supporting UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking). Deszyme does not directly store sensitive payment card details or banking credentials.

All original materials available on Deszyme—including question phrasing, spatial visual puzzles, 3D renderings, diagrams, software code, UI design, color palettes, animations, and answer explanations—are the proprietary intellectual property of Deszyme (operated by Jitesh Junwal) and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

To ensure an ethical, safe, and productive learning environment, you agree that you shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, or share any information or content that:

• Belongs to another person and to which you do not possess lawful rights;
• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, invasive of another's privacy (including bodily privacy), insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, libelous, racially or ethnically objectionable, or encouraging money laundering or gambling;
• Is harmful to a child or minor in any manner;
• Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights;
• Deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message or knowingly communicates any misinformation, disinformation, or deepfakes;
• Impersonates another person or entity;
• Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order;
• Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
• Violates any applicable law, rule, or regulation in force.

To provide genuine practice for real-world examination conditions, the Deszyme test engine records client-side session metrics, including window blur events, tab switching, and full-screen exits. By taking tests on Deszyme, you consent to these integrity analytics. Any attempt to modify client code, manipulate question timers, or submit automated payloads will result in immediate disqualification and account banning.

The Platform incorporates verified third-party infrastructure for payment processing, authentication, and cloud content delivery. Your interactions with third-party service providers are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Deszyme does not accept liability for disruptions or technical failures stemming from external services.

We strive to provide seamless 24/7 service availability. However, service may occasionally be paused or delayed for scheduled server maintenance, security patches, network upgrades, or unforeseen disruptions beyond our reasonable control. We do not warrant that access will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permissible under applicable Indian laws, Deszyme, Jitesh Junwal, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, missed examination deadlines, technical device glitches, or academic outcomes resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

In all events where liability cannot be excluded by law, Deszyme's maximum aggregate financial liability to you for any claim arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Deszyme in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms, along with all disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with the Platform, shall be governed by, construed, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the substantive laws of India.

You agree that any legal action, claim, or proceeding arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
